Will my health insurance cover therapy?

My practice is in network with Aetna, Anthem BCBS and United/Optum.

Additionally, I am able to provide invoices for other insurances and for reimbursement submissions to HSA/FSA accounts.

My private pay rate is $225 per session with a limited number of sliding scale rates.

How often and for how long will we be meeting?

Sessions are scheduled for 55 minutes.

My professional recommendation is to begin meeting on a weekly basis. Depending on your treatment goals and specific needs, we can works towards tapering down to a lesser frequency.

The length of your overall treatment will also depend on your individual circumstances. My goal is help you graduate from therapy, and this will be an ongoing conversation throughout the course of our meetings

How do I know if it's a good fit?

Research consistently shows that the most important factor in effective therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. Ideally, you will feel supported, validated and comfortable.

My aim is to meet you where you are, whether that means, providing a comforting space for tears, celebrating your victories, engaging in difficult conversations, or simply being present in moments of stillness.

What is your schedule?

My hours are M-Th from 10 am - 5pm, with flexibility as needed.

I offer in person sessions on Monday and Tuesday at an office conveniently located in downtown Stoneham, MA. It is in between I-95 and I-93, with easy highway access.

Sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays will be conducted via a HIPAA compliant video platform.
